Orders from ZAAZU can easily be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Please note that we can only accept returns if they are returned on time and in accordance with the return policy below.
We would like to point out that all parts of the Imperfection Collection are non-returnable.
In the case of discount campaigns such as jewellery boxes which consist of several pieces of jewellery, a refund of the purchase amount can only be initiated if it is returned in full. The reimbursement of individual pieces of jewelry from a campaign box (Easter jewelry box, Valentine's Day jewelry box, Christmas party jewelry box) is not possible.
The recipient label on the return form is not a prepaid label. The return costs are to be borne by the customer. ZAAZU will not accept returns that are not prepaid and will be sent back to the sender.
Returned jewelry must be in its original condition:
Jewellery boxes and pouches must be complete and intact, the products must be unworn and new. ZAAZU will not refund items of jewelry that have been damaged, soiled or demonstrably worn. If possible, we ask you to use your original packaging for the return shipment.
For your return, ZAAZU cannot accept responsibility for products that are stolen or lost in transit. To prevent this, we recommend that you send your return to us with a secure shipping service provider of your choice (Deutsche Post, DHL, GLS, FedEx or UPS) that offers the option of tracking the shipment. Please also make sure that your ZAAZU return is insured and that the completed return form is included in your package. Unidentifiable returns will be returned to sender by ZAAZU and are non-refundable. Please also note that returns by registered post are not insured as jewelry is excluded from insurance.
We recommend that you keep the receipt from the parcel service until the purchase price has been refunded. As soon as we have received your return, we will initiate the refund to you as soon as possible. In exceptional cases, this can take up to 7 working days. Refunds will be made using the original form of payment used at the time of purchase. International duties and sales taxes are not reimbursed by ZAAZU (this applies to deliveries outside the EU).
Unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange for your order at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return your original order to us for a refund and then place a new order.

Returned pieces of jewelry must be in their original condition: boxes and pouches must be complete and intact, products must be new and unworn, the barcode must be attached. ZAAZU will not accept returns of any worn items or which have had their security tags removed. If possible, please use your original shipping packaging.
We cannot accept responsibility for any items that are stolen or lost in transit. To prevent this, we would strongly recommend that you use a secure trackable courier service of your choice (such as FedEx, DHL or UPS) to return your items safely to us. Please make sure that your package is insured, and the original order confirmation is attached. Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded.
We recommend keeping your receipt until the refund process is completed. Refunds will be made using the payment method originally used when making the purchase. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded (for shipments outside the EU).
We are currently unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original order for a refund and place a new order.
